Starting from the 30th of May, we’ll be launching our very own Run Club (or how our director likes to call it MOVEMENT CLUB), open to everyone! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, our Run Club is a fantastic way to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Instagram Live Event – June 5th, 9am:
Mark your calendars for June 5th at 9am, as we’ll be hosting an Instagram Live session about portion control basics with our nutritionist, Sophie. Learn valuable tips and insights about portion control, and get your questions answered live by Sophie.
