Our Services

Your body isn’t the problem. One-size-fits-all nutrition is.

Whether it’s a GLP-1 journey, life after bariatric surgery, hormonal changes, a weight plateau or performance training – you deserve support built for your body, not a plan built for everyone else’s. Nutrition should leave you feeling well fed, not restricted.

GLP-1 Support

Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic and other weight loss medications

You’re on a GLP-1, but you’re still exhausted and no one’s told you what to actually do about it. Between the nausea, the constipation and never feeling hungry, just getting enough protein in feels like a full-time job.

You’re wondering what “normal” weight loss even looks like on these medications, and how you’re meant to feed your family when you can barely think about food yourself.

Your GP appointments are short and focused on the script, so there’s rarely time to talk through what you’re actually eating.

You didn’t want a quick fix. You wanted to change how you eat, for good.

I’ll help you eat enough to protect your muscle, energy and metabolism while the medication does its job, so you know exactly what to eat, how to manage the side effects, and how to feed yourself (and your family) without the guesswork.

Weight Loss / Bariatric Surgery

Gastric sleeve · Gastric bypass (OAGB, RYGB) · Revision surgery (band to bypass, sleeve to bypass)

Whether surgery is coming up or already behind you, no one warns you how disorienting it can feel: tiny portions, favourite foods suddenly off the table, and a fear of “doing it wrong” that follows you into every meal. You’re scared of stretching your stomach, worried about getting enough protein and nutrients, and confused by conflicting advice about which phase you should be in and when. Add family meals, eating out, or just wanting to enjoy food again without the anxiety, and it’s a lot to navigate alone.

I’ll guide you through every phase – pre-op prep, post-op recovery and the long-term adjustment – so you know exactly what to eat, when, and why.

No guesswork, no fear-driven eating. Just a clear plan that protects your results and helps you build a normal, sustainable relationship with food again.

Metabolic Health

Insulin resistance · High blood pressure · High cholesterol · Fatty liver

You’ve been told your bloods, insulin, cholesterol or blood pressure “aren’t great”, then handed a pamphlet or told to lose some weight. But no one’s explained what that actually means for your meals, your groceries or your Tuesday night dinner.

So you’re left Googling contradictory advice, wondering if you need to cut carbs completely, and worried about what happens if nothing changes.

I’ll help you understand what your results actually mean and build habits that move the numbers, without turning every meal into a maths problem or cutting out the foods you love. This is long-term change you can stick to, not another short-term fix.

Women's Health

PCOS (PMOS) · Perimenopause · Menopause

What worked for your body in your 20s has stopped working, and no one warned you it would feel this confusing. Maybe your PCOS (PMOS) symptoms aren’t responding the way they used to. Maybe your weight, energy or mood has shifted and you can’t tell if it’s perimenopause, stress or something else entirely. You’ve tried cutting calories or cutting carbs, and it either doesn’t work anymore or leaves you feeling worse.

I’ll help you understand what your body actually needs at this stage of life – hormonally, nutritionally and practically – so you can stop guessing and start feeling like yourself again.

Sports & Performance Nutrition

Hyrox · Half and full marathons · Triathlon · Trail running · Recreational gym training

You train hard and eat “well”, but your energy has dropped, recovery is taking longer and old injuries are starting to niggle. Or maybe you’re chasing a new PB but worried that eating more means gaining weight, so you under-fuel and wonder why you’re plateauing, exhausted or always getting sick. You’ve read a hundred takes on carbs, protein and fasted training, and none of them tell you what’s right for your body and your goals.

As a Sports Dietitian, I’ll help you fuel properly – not just to hit a new PB, but to protect your long-term health, support recovery and build a body that lasts. No under-fuelling, no fear of carbs. Just a plan that matches your results to your effort.

Supplement & Pathology Reviews

I take a food-first approach to meeting your nutrition needs, but I know you’re probably being bombarded by supplement companies promising to fix your energy, gut, ageing or performance. You might already be taking a few, or wondering whether you should. More isn’t always better, and some vitamins can build up to harmful levels when you take too much. A supplement review makes sure what you take is actually right for you.

Many people also get their bloods done, are told everything’s “normal”, and still don’t feel like themselves. At Tailored Wellbeing I look at optimal, not just normal. I’ll review your biomarkers alongside your supplements and give you specific strategies that can make a real difference to how you feel.

2-Week Meal Plans

Sometimes you just want to be told what to eat. There are plenty of meal plans out there, but very few are written by a dietitian or tailored to you. My 2-week meal plans give you a personalised, practical starting point so you can kick-start your health without the guesswork.
